The Sherpas of Everest Series: Phu Dorje Sherpa

Phu Dorje Sherpa summited Everest 2 times both via the standard South East Ridge route. First on October 2nd, 1988 on the American expedition led by James Frush. His second summit was on May 16th, 1989, but sadly he died on the way down... He was only 26.

He was from Khumjung, Solukhumbu.
