EverestHistory.com: Keith Brown

Keith Brown is a lover of extreme sports. He reached the top of Mt. Everest in 1993 but aside from mountain climbing he also enjoys extreme sky sports, hiking and anything that requires endurance. Keith is also an artist.

In 2001 while Keith was living in Sri Lanka his wife, Tyco fell 4000ft when her parachute did not open during a jump. Tyco, landed on her knees, miraculously she survived, but her body was shattered. Keith and Tyco are determined to reach a full recovery.

This life changing experience has caused Keith to immerse himself into his artwork. He has created whole art exhibits. These exhibits show his diverse talents and include video animation, large art and mixed media; including gold leaf and his own blood. Keith has also built dozens of medical and rehabilitation devises for Tyco.
